Belly Dancer

Because of the lighting condition, the dancer’s dress is blending into the black background. Although most of the dancing photography is about the movement, this photograph’s stillness is what it is most interesting. The shadows create attractive curves that represent movements. Her eyes are closed, and she is standing still, but her heart is beating rapidly. That is the movement within the still.
